1. Who sends our messages
Promotional e-mails and texts from Platesready are sent by YS Progress Inc., an Ontario corporation that operates Platesready, on its own behalf and, where a message says so, on behalf of a restaurant on Platesready.

2. Stopping messages
Every promotional e-mail has an unsubscribe link, and texts can be stopped by replying STOP. You can also write to privacy@platesready.com. We act on a request right away, and always within 10 business days.
